为解决新义矿业地表村庄压煤问题,对该矿11090工作面实施覆岩隔离注浆填充不迁村技术。通过对注浆减沉原理进行分析,结合矿井地质条件,对相关参数进行预计,在对方案可行性、适用性进行判断的基础上,设计了完善的注浆填充技术方案,并对工程效果进行了预计。该技术可有效改善地表沉降现象,避免村庄的迁移,同时解放压煤资源,实现矿区可持续发展。  相似文献

针对红阳二矿12号煤层遗煤氧化的规律与特点,有效地进行防灭火工作,掌握采空区中遗煤氧化的速度,对红阳二矿12号煤层进行了煤样升温氧化实验,在温度不断升高的过程中检测出CO与多种烯烃气体,并且在不同温度下煤体析出气体的速度不同,最终选择CO、C2H4、C2H2作为标志性气体,产生的临界温度分别为59、176、403 ℃。在采空区检测出CO气体,说明采空区遗煤进入快速氧化阶段;检测出C2H4气体时,遗煤进入剧烈氧化状态;检测出C2H2气体时,说明采空区中已经产生明火,井下人员需要迅速撤离。通过煤体标志性气体的确定,建立12号煤层自燃预警系统,保证井下工作人员的生命安全与能源的充分利用。  相似文献

Abstract

Coal is an important component in the energy industry and plays a key role in energy-producing facilities. Moisture is a common condition that has a considerable impact on coal. Coal drying has long been a question of great interest in a wide range of fields. Defining parameters in the coal drying is obtained by experiments. High costs, time constraints, and repetition of an experiment are one of the most frequently stated problems with experimental works. Using qualitative methods with experiments can be more useful for identifying and characterizing the coal drying process. The purpose of this article is finding the effective parameters in the coal drying process by using a hybridized prediction method. Genetic Algorithm (GA) and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) are hybridized with each other to identify and characterize the coal drying process. GA-ANN algorithm is applied to the coal drying process to predict the moisture of coal, but it does not provide a decent result at first. Later, the Design of Experiment (DoE) methodology is performed to determine the main effects of six parameters. Two scenarios are generated because two parameters are not statistically significant. The first scenario excludes the air relative humidity parameter, and the second scenario excludes the air relative humidity and the velocity of air parameters. Following the application of the DoE method, GA-ANN reaches decent results in scenario-2.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to develop a physico-mathematical model and technique for estimation of chemical bond stability depending on electric field intensity of an external point charge. A hypothesis for a possible physico-chemical mechanism of the formation of additional harmful gases in the rock destruction by blasting was proposed. The theoretical basis of the hypothesis is the method of theretical evaluation of bond energy depending on the distance to a point charge, the third Coulomb centre. The quantum-mechanical model for calculating the electronic terms of molecules makes it possible to solve problems associated with the determination of parameters of molecules under the action of various physical fields on the system under consideration. The model was approved for some diatomic molecules. The discrepancy between the experimental data and calculated data did not exceed 14%, which proves accuracy of the obtained results. The model can be used in the field of research into the causes of gas-dynamic phenomena in underground coal mines, in studies of the degree of stability of nanostructured components of coal under physical influences, and in the theoretical design of new compounds and structures in the field of nanomaterial science and nanotechnology.  相似文献

高倍率灰钙循环烟气脱硫技术在神东矿区的煤粉锅炉环保改造项目中已投入建设并成功运行,脱硫率可达95%以上。在NGD系统的运行调试期,布袋除尘器压差的数值及其上升速度均较改造前有大幅提高,影响了锅炉系统的正常运行并降低了布袋除尘器的运行效率。为了解决此问题,先分析滤料透气性降低而导致布袋除尘器压差上升的根本原因,再结合现场调研情况对NGD系统工况下的烟气含湿量、烟气温度、烟气灰浓度、除尘器本体的问题以及上游锅炉系统问题逐一进行对比和分析,并找出问题产生的各主要因素。NGD系统中布袋除尘器差压升高的原因包括多方面,为了使NGD系统的运行更加稳定,需要使除尘器适应NGD系统的工况并对系统中部分设备进行改造。在未来NGD系统的设计中,布袋除尘器需按高浓度烟气设计,且针对煤粉工业锅炉的运行、维护特性应加入对烟气中含水量的监测及对布袋除尘器的相应保护措施。  相似文献

As efforts are made to efficiently exploit and recover bitumen resources in Canada, increasingly more complex reservoirs in the Athabasca area continue to challenge the application of Steam‐Assisted Gravity Drainage (SAGD) technology. Several studies have been done to investigate the impact of heterogeneities/complexities such as shale barriers, lean zones, and top and bottom water on the performance of the SAGD process. However, the literature is deficient for point bar deposits with top water zones, a common occurrence in oil sands systems. This study, by using thermal reservoir simulation, examines SAGD performance in a point bar deposit reservoir where an overlying top water and an inclined heterolithic strata (IHS) is present. The results show that where the top water is unconfined and steam injection pressure is higher than that of the top water zone, there is a loss of thermal energy, but the top water does not impact steam chamber development. At steam injection pressure lower than that of the top water zone, top water continuously drains into the reservoir and constrains the size of the chamber. However, the IHS zone helps to delay drainage of the top water into the chamber when steam is injected at underbalanced conditions. Finally, under proper steam injection pressure conditions, top water production can be considerably delayed.  相似文献

In this study, old corrugated container recycled fibers were treated with polyelectrolyte multilayers consisting of biopolymer cationic starch with two degrees of substitution (DS) each in combination with one anionic starch. Pulp zeta potential, paper strength and the thin layer ellipsometry technique were applied to examine the influence of cationic starch DS on the formation of polyelectrolyte multilayers. The results indicated a significant interaction between the DS of cationic starch and the number of ionic starch layers formed. When low‐DS cationic starch was used, the pulp zeta potential and the paper strength increased significantly in assembling the first cationic layer. However, in depositing high‐DS cationic starch a greater zeta potential and a stronger influence on the paper strength were observed with a larger number of starch layers. This was confirmed by thin layer ellipsometry when a greater thickness of multilayers was achieved by employing high‐DS cationic starch to form a higher number of layers. © 2017 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

文章简要介绍了煤矿工业场地的特点和低压配电系统接地方式分类,从安全性、经济性的角度分析了TN接地系统和TT接地系统在道路照明回路中的优缺点。通过对比TN-S系统与TT系统的接地故障电流差异、TN-S接地系统用于道路照明的等电位联结困难程度,总结出煤矿工业场地的道路照明配电系统适宜采用TT接地方式。并且详细阐述了TT接地系统剩余电流动作保护器保护整定方法和灵敏度校验方法,列举了煤矿工业场地道路照明选用TT系统时需要注意的中性线不可重复接地的问题。  相似文献
